What one full-time agent actually costs

$14 per hour × 40 hours a week × 4 weeks = $2,240 a month for one dedicated full-time agent, everything included.

Billed by the hour

The hours on the invoice are the hours in the dashboard

You are billed for agent hours worked, and those hours are the ones counting up in your own dashboard while the shift runs. Nothing is reconciled after the fact.

Why publish it

A quote that only appears after a call is a quote set by what you look like you can pay

Publishing one number means the rate you see is the rate everyone sees, and the conversation can be about whether outbound calling will work for you rather than about what it costs.

Questions

Questions we get asked

What does Thinkercall do?

Thinkercall provides US businesses with dedicated outbound sales agents. The agents make cold calls, set appointments, and qualify leads on your behalf, working your script and your list, billed at a flat hourly rate per agent.

What hours do your agents work?

Your business hours, in your time zone. You pick the window — Eastern, Central, Mountain or Pacific — and the agent shift is set to match it, so your prospects are called when they are actually at their desks.

How much does an outsourced sales agent cost?

Thinkercall charges $14 per agent hour for a full-time agent at 40 hours a week, which is $2,240 a month with everything included. A 20-hour-a-week pilot is $16 an hour, and the rate falls to $12 an hour once you commit 120 agent hours a week or more.

Do you charge commission or per lead?

No. Thinkercall charges only for agent hours worked. There is no commission, no per-lead fee, and no charge for setup, training, scripting, or the dialer, so your cost is predictable before the month starts.

How long does it take to get started?

Five business days from a signed agreement to the first live call in the normal case: two to three days to write the script and agree in writing what counts as a qualified lead, then a day to load the list, brief the agent, and set the shift to your time zone.

What are the contract terms?

You start with a 40 agent-hour pilot block, which is the minimum commitment. After that the engagement runs month to month with two weeks written notice on either side, invoiced every two weeks in arrears and due within seven days. There is no annual contract and no early-termination fee.

Can I hear the calls and see what the agents are doing?

Yes. Every call is logged with its duration and outcome, and you get a dashboard covering your own campaign showing calls made, appointments booked, and the agent hours you are being billed for. Recordings stay in the dialer platform and are available on request.

What English level do your agents have?

We hire for fluent, confident spoken English and test it in a live interview and a recorded mock call rather than on a certificate. A US prospect hears clear, lightly accented English — we do not claim an American accent, and we would rather you judged it yourself: ask to hear the agent proposed for your campaign before they start and we will send you a recording.

Which CRM and dialer do you use?

Agents dial through CalvyxDial, our own dialer, so call logs, outcomes, and billable hours all come out of one system rather than being reconciled between three. Results go into the CRM you already use: tell us which one on the scoping call and we will confirm whether the agents work in it directly or hand results across in a format you import. Appointments are booked into your own calendar.

What happens to my lead list when we stop working together?

Your list and the call data belong to you. On request we return it in a standard format and delete our copy. We never reuse a client list for another client.
