Privacy policy
Last updated: 19 August 2026
This policy covers the https://thinkercall.com website only. It explains what this website collects when you use it, why, and how to have that information removed. Services delivered under a signed agreement are governed by that agreement, not by this page.
What this website collects#
If you submit the contact form, we collect what you type into it: your name, work email address, company name, and the message you write. Nothing on this website asks for payment details, and we never request them by email.
- Contact form submissions, stored so we can reply and keep a record of the enquiry.
- Aggregate page analytics with no cookies and no cross-site tracking, showing which pages are read and roughly where visitors are from at country level.
- Standard server request logs, including IP address, retained by our hosting provider for security and abuse prevention.
Why we collect it#
Contact details are used to respond to your enquiry and to follow up about working together. We do not sell your details, we do not share them with other clients, and we do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask to join.
Spam protection#
The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a person rather than an automated script. Turnstile receives technical signals about your browser as part of that check. It is a privacy-preserving alternative to a traditional CAPTCHA and does not track you across other websites.
Where the information is held#
Contact form submissions are stored in a database hosted in the United States and are also sent to us by email. Our team accesses them from Egypt, so information you submit is processed in both countries.
How long we keep it#
An enquiry that does not become a client is kept for 24 months from your last contact with us and is then deleted. If we go on to sign an agreement, the enquiry becomes part of the client record and is kept for the life of that agreement plus seven years, because accounting and tax rules require it. You can ask us to delete an enquiry sooner and we will, unless one of those record-keeping obligations applies.
Your choices#
Write to hello@thinkercall.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will action a deletion request unless we are required to keep the record for accounting or legal reasons, and we will tell you if that is the case.
Changes to this policy#
If this policy changes, the revision date at the top of the page changes with it. Material changes affecting people who have already contacted us will be communicated directly.
