Thinkercall is a business process outsourcing company providing trained outbound sales agents to businesses in the United States.

## Where we work

Our agents work from our own premises in Cairo, on managed machines, on shifts set to your business hours. Nobody is working through the night to serve your account.

Egypt has a large pool of fluent English speakers and an established outsourcing sector, which is why an experienced agent costs a fraction of what the same person costs in the United States. That difference is the whole reason this model works.

We will tell you where your agents sit, who they are, and what they are working on. If a vendor will not tell you that, the saving is not worth the risk.

## Time zone coverage

Thinkercall agents work your business hours. You pick the window — Eastern, Central, Mountain or Pacific — and the shift is set to match it, so calls land when your market actually answers the phone.

## Who runs Thinkercall

### Muhammad Fared — Co-founder, Sales and Client Relationships

Muhammad owns the client side of Thinkercall: he writes the script with you, sits in the weekly review, and is the person you call when something is wrong.

### Adam Meluk — Co-founder, Technology

Adam builds and runs the technology: the dialer the agents work in, the client dashboard you watch calls land in, and the isolation that keeps one client's data away from another's. He is the person to send the technical and security questions to.
